We support Canon and Panasonic's complete line of office products including copiers, plain paper faxes, and the new digital and multi-functional equipment. Both companies are world renowned for their state of the art technology.

South Coast Copy System's service department features state of the art automation. We compile a complete history on every customer's machine including tracking service call date and times, parts used and labor done. Our service dispatch department is professional and courteous (no voice mail)! Each call is handled individually and routed to the proper technician taking into account all of the customer's concerns.

    We understand that uptime is very important to our customers. If a Technician does not have a part with him, we will get the part to him from our local warehouse or overnight it from the manufacturer if necessary.

    If for some reason your document system cannot be repaired within 48 hours, South Coast Copy Systems will provide a loaner at no additional charge.
