What do I need to place a supply order?
You will need to give us the 4 digit number on the S.C.C.S. sticker on the front of your equipment and what quantity you would like.

When is South Coast Copy Systems Supplies open?
Orders can be faxed, e-mailed or placed online 24 hours, 7 days a week. Customer service representatives are available 8:00 am to 5 pm western standard, Monday -Friday.

Will sales tax be applied to my order?
Sales tax will be applied to orders being delivered within the state of California.

Is there a product guarantee for compatible/remanufactured items?
All of our products come with 100% satisfaction guarantee; if you are not satisfied with a product we will replace the product or return your money.

Will I receive my merchandise next business day?
Yes, if your order was placed before noon pacific time.

Will there be a shipping charge?
Shipping is $5.00 when 1 item is ordered, $7.00 when 2 items are ordered, and $10.00 for 3 items or more.

What credit cards does South Coast Copy Systems accept?
S.C.C.S. accepts both MasterCard and Visa.

What are South Coast Copy Systems payment terms?
S.C.C.S. offers "net 10" terms to approved accounts. A late charge of 1.5% per month added to any outstanding balance over 30 days.

How can I check the delivery status of my order?
Call us if you have not received your order and we will track it down using U.P.S. World Track.
